We meet and listen to what your requirements, needs and objectives are with respect to your intended purchase.
Next, we prepare a report summarising our understanding of your requirements before we begin a detailed property search
Once we have finalised your requirements, established your budget and you wish to retain our services for your proposed purchase, you will be required to sign an agency agreement
This step consists of taking your property purchase requirements and searching the market to develop a detailed list of properties in the targeted area/region which meet your requirements.
On consultation with you, we shortlist properties and develop purchase strategy options. From our knowledge of the property market, we recommend a purchase strategy, including bidding price range, and negotiate required settlement terms and any other crucial aspects with the selling agent.
In this final setup, we execute and implement your purchase strategy for the short listed properties, including a preliminary review of the contract and sale documentation, and liaison with your legal representatives as well as bidding and negotiating as required.
