Found the property you want and can’t attend on the day or prefer to remain anonymous. This option is for those who prefer professional formal independent valuation advice around the likely purchase value range combined with professional bidding expertise. We will bid and negotiate on your behalf to ensure the best outcome. This is on a fee for service basis, based on anticipated value and complexity.
